Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with clients to ensure continuity of care.

Our ideal candidate holds a current LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC license in the state of North Carolina and has 1-3 years of experience counseling mental health clients. Responsibilities

Have strong administrative skills to manage the timely completion of notes and treatment plans, and the ability to respond to client requests.

Create individualized treatment plans that include goals and objectives for each patient
Determine the status of patients mental health by using medical information, interviews, observation, and testing, as well as collaboration with other staff members
Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties
Aid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distress
Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care

Qualifications

This position requires a Master's Degree in a field such as counseling or social work and an active North Carolina license (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC).
We will consider associate-licensed candidates.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed
Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting

Compensation

$43 - $55 hourly

We seek to provide the highest level of counseling services in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. We have two locations - Cotswold and a new location in East Charlotte.
