We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to become an essential part of our holistic wellness team. In this role, you will work alongside dedicated professionals, build strong client relationships, and provide therapeutic massage services tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll benefit from a consistent flow of clients who value your expertise and be supported by a team committed to whole-body wellness and exceptional care.

Compensation:

• $15 hour period
• When you have a massage, you pay an additional $30 plus tip
• When you have insurance, a paid-based massage costs an additional $60

Time Requirement:

• Sunday 10-4 pm
• Monday - Thursday 11 am - 7 pm with an hour at 1 pm for lunch

• Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with our wellness team to develop comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients to ensure their comfort and relaxation.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends through ongoing education and training.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat visits.
• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately to support their wellness journey.
• Promote our wellness services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

Pathways Within is a large collaborative environment with locations in 5 areas of Nassau and Suffolk County. We service clients of all ages and in various states.
