Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Prequalify potential borrowers by assessing their financial situation and recommending suitable loan products.
- Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on qualifying and pre-approval procedures.
- The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required, enhancing client interactions and support.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
- Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
Compensation
$70,000/year
