As a Financial Advisor, you'll develop customized financial strategies that help clients build, protect, and preserve their wealth through retirement planning, investment management, insurance, and risk management solutions—all while building your own independent practice.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Develop personalized financial plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
Provide guidance on retirement planning, investments, wealth accumulation, insurance, and risk management.
Grow your client base through networking, referrals, community involvement, and business development.
Utilize advanced financial planning technology and practice management tools to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development to enhance your expertise.
Collaborate with specialists in investments, estate planning, and trust services to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Preferred
Prior financial advisor or financial services experience
Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree
Currently licensed advisors
Individuals transitioning from another firm or entering the industry with strong professional experience
Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.
Develop customized financial strategies based on each client's goals and risk tolerance.
Recommend appropriate investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing service.
Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
Authorized to work in the United States.
No need for visa sponsorship.
Must be a local candidate.
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.
Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
License Requirement: Applicants must hold current Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, along with an active Life and Health Insurance license, at the time of hire. If you are not already licensed, The Piedmont Group will assist with preparation for the required licenses.

Compensation
$70,000 - $150,000
