We are seeking Head Spa Therapists who are passionate about wellness, luxury service, and creating exceptional experiences.

Position Overview

As a Head Spa Therapist at Crown & Raine, you are the heart of the guest experience. You will deliver our signature head spa services with precision, warmth, and professionalism while upholding the highest standards of luxury, cleanliness, and care.

This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on service, values calm and connection, and takes pride in delivering consistent excellence.

Guest Experience & Services

• Perform Crown & Raine signature head spa services and treatments

• Deliver a relaxing, elevated, and personalized experience for every guest

• Educate guests on scalp health, products, and aftercare recommendations

• Maintain strong rebooking conversations to encourage return visits

Professional Standards

• Uphold Crown & Raine luxury service and brand standards at all times

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and calming presence

• Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and team members

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain pristine treatment rooms before and after every service

• Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols

• Ensure tools, beds, and products are properly cleaned and stocked

Sales & Performance

• Promote and sell retail products, memberships, and service upgrades

• Contribute to team goals for rebooking and retail performance

• Represent the Crown & Raine brand with confidence and integrity

• Active Cosmetology license (required)
• Experience in spa, salon, wellness, or luxury service preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Calm, nurturing demeanor with excellent guest communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Passion for luxury, wellness, and guest-centered service
