Grace Estate Law, a boutique estate planning practice located in Hall Park (Frisco, Texas), is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Legal Sales Specialist to join our thriving, woman-owned firm. We’ve built a reputation for providing legal services with "Grace," competence, integrity, and modern technology. Now, we are looking for a confident Legal Sales Specialist to serve as the primary bridge between prospective clients seeking legal guidance and our expert legal team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, sales experience, and is self-motivated. In this non-attorney role, you will serve as the primary bridge between prospective new clients (PNCs) seeking legal guidance and our legal team.

Our firm seeks someone who is professional and knows how to deliver a high-touch experience. The Sales Specialist guides prospects through initial strategy sessions, communicates the firm’s value, and seamlessly onboards new clients. This role requires a high level of organization and structure.

(Note: In accordance with Bar rules and ABA standards, this position does not involve giving legal advice, quoting unauthorized fees, or entering into legal agreements without attorney approval.)

  • Consultative Sales & Intake Sessions: Conduct in-depth, in-person or telephonic strategy meetings with prospective clients within 2 hours of first contact to understand their legal needs, demonstrate empathy for their situation, and explain how the firm's services can assist them.

  • Lead Management & Pipeline Tracking: Monitor and manage the client pipeline in using the law firm’s CRM tools. Follow up promptly with leads, scheduled consults, no-shows, and undecided prospects to maintain ongoing communication.

  • Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate with the Office Manager and legal team to prepare engagement agreements, collect onboarding details, send communications, and verify client satisfaction post-engagement.

  • Client Nurturing & Outreach: Conduct scheduled follow-ups with clients at key post-hire intervals to deliver an exceptional experience, alongside weekly outreach to former clients and unengaged prospects.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Maintain accurate records regarding lead volume, initial consult attendance, conversion rates, and referral source performance, reviewing pipeline metrics and marketing strategy regularly with the Firm Owner.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. (Candidates without a completed 4-year degree will not be considered.

  • Professional Presence & Voice: Exceptional communication skills with a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

  • Customer Service & Empathy: Proven background in high-touch sales or customer service relations. Ability to build trust and navigate sensitive family situations with tact and poise.

  • Organizational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and systematic follow-through.

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in inside sales or high-touch client intake. Experience with legal practice management/CRM software preferred; lead tracking and pipeline management experience required.

  • Legal Knowledge (Bonus): Knowledge of estate planning, probate, guardianship, or general legal industry operations is a strong asset.

Work Schedule: Hybrid work week — Monday through Thursday in-office and Fridays work from home.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: $62,000 annually (paid semi-monthly)

  • Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based incentive plan tied to [individual KPIs/sales targets/ company goals]

  • Bonus Potential: Up to $23,000 per year, based on individual and company performance.

$62,000 - $85,000 yearly
