Legal Sales Specialist | Family Law

$30,000 Salary + Bonus on EVERY CLOSED SALE

Fuentez Law is looking for a high-performing sales professional who knows how to build trust, follow up relentlessly, and CLOSE THE SALE.

This is not a traditional law firm receptionist or administrative position. We are looking for someone with a proven sales background who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, overcoming objections, and consistently turning prospective clients into paying clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You will play a critical role in converting prospective family law clients into retained clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up with potential new family law clients

• Converting leads into retained clients

• Conducting consistent and strategic follow-up

• Communicating by phone, text, email, and other platforms

• Following up after consultations

• Answering questions and helping prospective clients understand the firm's services

• Building trust and creating strong relationships with potential clients

• Overcoming objections and confidently asking for the sale

• Tracking prospective clients and follow-up activity

• Sending client notifications and requested communications

• Requesting Google Reviews from satisfied clients

• Following up on outstanding leads so opportunities do not get lost

• Maintaining accurate records and staying organized

• Communicating effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members

• Helping create an exceptional client experience from the very first contact

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of high-end sales experience

• A proven history of consistently closing sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities

• Exceptional follow-up habits

• Confidence asking for the sale

• A competitive, results-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups without dropping the ball

• The ability to work independently

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Compassion and empathy when dealing with people going through difficult family situations

• Professionalism and confidence when discussing legal services and fees

• Strong computer and technology skills

SPANISH IS HIGHLY PREFERRED

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage in this position.
