Legal Sales - High Ticket Closer

Responsibilities

Be available to respond to all potential leads in a timely manner
Follow up with potential clients to showcase and highlight our services during their time of need
Maintain up-to-date information on services provided
Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients
Attend regular online and in-person trainings
Become knowledgeable of the law firm's CRM software and be able to implement all tasks through this system
Coordinate with the intake team using clear and concise communication in a timely manner

Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services

Qualifications

Must have knowledge of the California legal system (criminal courts preferred)
Experience using a CRM is preferred
3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience (legal preferred)
Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation

$30,000 - $150,000/year
