- Serve as the first point of contact for leads seeking legal assistance through one of our communication channels. No Cold Calling – all leads have asked us to contact them or are calling us
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries, phone calls, and online leads, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospective client interactions, case details, and related documents. Input data into case management systems or databases for easy access and retrieval
- Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process to ensure signed documents and payment are collected for prompt retention
- Participate in continuous guided and self directed training to stay updated on procedures, terminology, and best practices for client interaction
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
- Previous legal experience is highly valued; basic understanding of criminal law to better assess potential cases and communicate effectively with clients and attorneys considered a plus
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish a plus
