We’re expanding our elite sales team that handles the constant stream of inbound leads across all three of our core divisions: Criminal/Traffic Defense, Personal Injury, and License Reinstatement.

Location: Based out of our Park Ridge, IL office but with work-from-home days each week

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads (no cold calling) and convert them into paying clients

• Speak fluently in English and Spanish to connect fast and close faster

• Guide clients through the decision to hire us and commit on the first call

• Use Salesforce to manage leads, track KPIs, and improve performance

• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, strategies, and closing systems
