Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM/Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Our law office is growing fast, and we're searching for a full-time Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to help us succeed.

You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying potential cases, and conducting consultations with prospective clients who meet our criteria.

This role also involves consistent follow-up with prospective clients, supervising retainers and required documentation, assisting with new client onboarding, and helping ensure potential and current client information is managed efficiently.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyze their case fit, and make sure they feel seen and heard

• Conduct consultation appointments for potential clients who meet the firm's criteria

• Supervise "maybe" clients and conduct multiple follow-ups with potential clients before closing their account

• Supervise retainers sent to "yes" clients, as well as the initial information and document procurement required during onboarding

• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure cases are managed efficiently

• Set appointments as needed to keep schedules organized and support the firm's growing caseload

• Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness initiatives and law firm partnerships alongside the marketing team

• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms to help bring in new cases

• Perform administrative tasks related to the intake process, including managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes

• Maintain accurate client and prospective client information throughout the intake and onboarding process

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Must be physically located in the United States

• Must be able to work in-office in Katy or Fort Worth, Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree desired

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel

• Strong computer and data-entry skills

• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with prospective clients in both English and Spanish
