We're an established, woman-owned Texas law firm specializing in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, and we're looking for a talented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing team.

Compensation That Rewards Performance

Base Pay: $20 per hour | Full-Time

PLUS monthly performance bonuses based on results, including:

• Consultations successfully scheduled

What You'll Do: Connect, Guide & Make an Impact

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you'll be the first connection between potential clients and our firm — building trust, communicating value, and guiding them toward the legal help they need.

• Make a great first impression by responding warmly and professionally to calls, texts, and online inquiries.

• Build trust and rapport through empathetic listening and meaningful conversations.

• Conduct thorough intake interviews to understand potential clients' needs in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate.

• Communicate our value confidently by explaining services, consultation options, and fees.

• Overcome objections and close by addressing concerns and converting qualified leads into scheduled consultations.

• Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and emails to turn interest into action.

• Stay organized by maintaining accurate CRM records and managing follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with a supportive team while contributing to the firm's growth and success.

• Uphold professional and ethical standards, including client confidentiality.

What You'll Bring

• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US AS A W2 EMPLOYEE

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).

• 2+ years of experience in sales, intake, or client-facing roles.

• Strong consultative sales and closing skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Comfort using CRM, scheduling, and phone systems.

• Legal intake or high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
