Position Overview
Yampaglia Law is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Legal Client Services Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, call center operations, data entry, administrative support, client relations, or virtual office support.
As the first point of contact for many clients, you will answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, perform data entry, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound client calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text message, and online platforms.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems.
- Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify client information and documentation.
- Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Document client interactions, communications, and service requests.
- Assist with client onboarding and intake processes.
- Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.
- Support attorneys and staff with administrative and client service-related tasks.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in New Jersey.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, data entry, administrative support, client services, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous remote work experience.
- Experience in a law firm, healthcare, insurance, or professional services environment.
- Experience with CRM, client management, or case management software.
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls.
