Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant and be skilled in drafting documents, managing case files, and conducting legal research. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our case managers play an essential role in ensuring that clients’ goals are met. • Conduct structured post-inquiry and post-consultation sales conversations with qualified prospective family-law clients.

• Build trust quickly, listen for the client’s goals and urgency, and connect approved firm services to the prospect’s stated needs.

• Explain approved engagement steps, retainer and payment information, service expectations, and decision deadlines accurately.

• Ask directly and professionally for the prospect to retain the firm and complete the engagement process.

• Use ethical objection-handling methods to explore concerns regarding price, timing, readiness, trust, decision-makers, and competing firms.

• Identify the true barrier to commitment and determine the appropriate next step without pressure, manipulation, or misleading claims.

• Two or more years of successful consultative sales, inside sales, intake conversion, or high-trust closing experience.

• Demonstrated ability to ask for the sale, address objections, and follow through until a clear decision is reached.

• Strong empathy, listening, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to discuss price and payment expectations confidently and professionally.

• High activity tolerance and disciplined follow-up across phone, text, email, and CRM tasks.

• Strong organization, urgency, attention to detail, and personal accountability.

• Ability to protect confidential information and stay within non-attorney boundaries.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, calling tools, email, calendars, and standard office technology
