Wirth Law Office is a plaintiff-side personal injury and family law firm with offices in Tulsa and the surrounding area. We run 17 attorney teams, and the billing behind them has to be accurate, on time, and clean. That's where you come in.

What you'll do

You'll handle the day-to-day billing work inside PracticePanther: entering and reviewing time, generating invoices, posting payments, and following up on what's outstanding. You'll catch errors before they reach a client. You'll keep records clean enough that month-end doesn't turn into a scavenger hunt.

• Process time entries, invoices, and payment postings in PracticePanther

• Review invoices for accuracy before they go out

• Follow up on outstanding balances by phone and email

• Assist with weekly billing reports for firm leadership

• Maintain clean, organized billing records across all attorney teams

• Flag discrepancies and escalate anything that doesn't look right

• 2 plus years of billing, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping experience. Legal billing is a plus, not a requirement

• Experience with PracticePanther, Clio, QuickBooks, or similar software

• Solid Excel basics. Sorting, filtering, and simple formulas

• Comfortable on the phone following up on balances without being a jerk about it

• Detail-oriented. You notice when a number is off
