How We Work

At Burke Law, we care deeply about our clients and take our commitments seriously. We value people who take pride in their work, communicate directly, and follow through on what they say they’ll do.

We move quickly, and deadlines matter. We expect you to learn, ask thoughtful questions, use good judgment, and become increasingly independent as you grow into the role.

When you own something, you’re trusted to keep it moving. If you’re waiting on someone else, you follow up. If you see that something may not happen on time, you communicate early. If you encounter a problem, you’re encouraged to think through possible solutions and bring a recommendation.

Feedback is a normal part of how we work. We give it directly because we want people to know where they stand, continue developing their skills, and become more confident in their responsibilities.
