This is a full-time, remote (or on-site position supporting attorneys, clients, and the day-to-day movement of cases from opening to closing. You’ll work with courts, agencies, clients, and our team while learning and using modern technology and advanced case-management systems.

What You’ll Do
Open and close case files and keep them organized and up to date.
Track cases, deadlines, and tasks from start to finish.
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
Prepare motions for attorney review and track them through completion.
Communicate with courts, agencies, vendors, clients, and potential clients.
Help keep attorneys and clients informed as cases move forward.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in a law firm or professional office, including administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
Strong organization, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through.
Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
Proficiency with Mac OS, Apple Mail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with case management, CRM, or docketing software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
College degree preferred; significant relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Compensation
$22 - $26 hourly commensurate with experience
