- Prepare and draft legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Coordinate and manage office activities to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for court proceedings by organizing and maintaining case files.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide valuable insights.
- File motions and other legal documents with the court, adhering to deadlines and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting.
Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar.
Compensation
$42,500 + DOE
