Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant/Client Support Coordinator to support attorneys and staff by managing legal files and case workflows from post-intake through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in estate planning or probate who thrives in an organized, client-focused law firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update legal files using CRM and practice management systems, including HubSpot and Clio
- Organize and manage matters related to estate planning
- Support attorneys with document preparation, coordination, review, and filing
- Track case deadlines, tasks, and documents to ensure timely case progression
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical files
- Coordinate document execution and serve as a witness to document signings as needed
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures
Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of experience in a legal office or law firm
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with Clio, HubSpot, or related
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional phone and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
