- Assist attorneys and paralegals in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents related to estate administration, estate planning, and elder law.
- Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
- Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including gathering necessary documents and setting up conference calls or in-person appointments.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide attorneys with relevant information and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in handling client cases.
- Monitor and track deadlines for legal filings, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time to avoid delays or penalties.

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
