We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft closing documents and conduct Co-op closings. You will also assist in our foreclosure department. We will train the right person who has law firm experience in closings for the closing part of the job! • Drafting closing documents related to Co-op transfers (where the firm is the closing agent for Co-ops). NOTE - IF YOU HAVE DONE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CLOSING DOCUMENTS/CLOSINGS, YOU WILL BE QUALIFIED TO PERFORM THIS JOB
• Review lien searches
• Conduct closings
• Work on the plaintiff's mortgage-type foreclosure documents

• Transfer Agent closing experience is a plus
• Seeking an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic
