Tire Heroes is a fast-growing mobile tire company. Our vans are full tire shops on wheels, and we’re looking for an experienced tire pro to work in the field, be the go-to person for our technicians, and grow into our Operations Manager role as we expand. If you’ve spent years in tire shops and are the one everybody asks when a job gets tough, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mobile tire installs, balancing, repairs, and TPMS service on everything from low-profile sports cars to box trucks and lifted pickups

• Be the go-to for tough fitments, stubborn beads, aftermarket wheels, and vibration problems

• Train and mentor newer technicians on mounting, balancing, torque specs, and TPMS

• Help with daily scheduling and routes across the Des Moines metro

• Handle escalated customer questions and fleet accounts

• Spot-check jobs and van stock so our vans stay ready and on the road

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of hands-on tire shop experience

• Strong skills with TPMS, balancing, and unusual wheel and tire setups

• Comfortable teaching others and leading by example

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check

• Able to regularly lift heavy tires and equipment

• Friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates

Nice to Have

• TIA certification, commercial or fleet tire experience, and any prior lead or supervisor experience

Tire Heroes combines the convenience of discounted online tire sales with mobile tire installation using our hi-tech service vans, which are literally full-service tire shops on wheels. Our vans carry the latest tire mounting machines and balancers, and we provide onsite tire repair plus TPMS sensor reprogramming and replacement. We’ve grown quickly in the last few years, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

• $300 monthly benefits stipend

• Paid PTO and holidays

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. No weekends. Occasional overtime during peak season.
