We are searching for an experienced Lead Housekeeper/Supervisor to ensure our hotel is impeccably clean for our guests. You will lead our housekeeping team, ensure their work meets our high standards of cleanliness, and go above and beyond guest expectations to achieve that "wow" factor for repeat business. The ideal candidate will be dividing their work week between inspecting suites 3 days a week and cleaning guest rooms the remaining 2 shifts.
Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive
- Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
- Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
- Reply to general questions guests have during their stay
- Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
- Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
- 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position
Compensation
$20 - $21 hourly
