Day One Expectations

As a Lead Carpenter, you will be expected to take ownership of the job site, perform and lead high-quality carpentry work, help coordinate basic trade activity, and keep the project moving forward.

As a Project Manager, you will help lead projects from start to finish, communicate directly with clients, coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage schedules and materials, track project details, document changes, and ensure the finished project meets Penn Construction’s quality standards.
