Ethan Home Repair & Remodeling is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to help oversee residential remodeling and repair projects while working alongside the team in the field.

We're seeking someone who is humble, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can manage projects, solve problems, and step in wherever needed to keep jobs moving forward.

• Lead residential remodeling and repair projects from start to finish
• Perform carpentry work and assist with hands-on tasks as needed
• Supervise and coordinate crews and subcontractors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Communicate with homeowners and team members throughout the project
• Read plans and determine material and labor needs
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving forward
• Train and mentor team members

• 10+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and construction practices
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• close attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Comfortable using construction management software and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings
