The prime candidate will work seamlessly attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
• Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
