What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients — answering calls with warmth, professionalism, and purpose.

• Guide conversations with potential clients to understand their situation and evaluate whether their case is a strong fit for our firm.

• Confidently communicate the value of our legal services and help prospective clients feel confident about taking the next step.

• Conduct intake surveys to gather key information and assess case suitability with empathy and attention to detail.

• Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars, keeping everything organized and running smoothly

• Accurately document all client interactions in our case management software and maintain organized records

• Manage day-to-day office tasks, including email correspondence, document management, and data entry

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts and help grow the client base
