Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant and be skilled in drafting documents, managing case files, and keeping clients updated. • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, and next steps.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, property damage, medical bills, and settlements.
• Coordinate medical treatment updates and gather supporting documentation.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and billing information.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and notes within the case management system.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding items on active cases.
• Assist with preparing demand packages and settlement documentation.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Bilingual English-Spanish.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies daily.
• Experience in personal injury case management preferred.
• Familiarity with legal software and case management systems is a plus.
