Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage PI cases from intake through settlement, including client communication, medical records, demand packages, insurance claims, lien resolution, case documentation, and coordination with attorneys. Personal Injury, Case Management, Claims, Litigation Support, Client Relations, and Settlement experience required. Russian and/or Armenian bilingual skills are a strong plus.

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through settlement

• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

• Collect and review medical records and bills

• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation

• Track case deadlines, treatment, claims, and case status

• Coordinate with insurance companies and lienholders

• Maintain accurate case files and documentation

• Follow up on outstanding records, bills, and insurance claims

• Support attorneys with litigation and settlement preparation

• Negotiate and assist with settlement resolution

• Personal Injury case management experience

• Strong knowledge of PI claims, settlements, medical records, and demand packages

• Excellent client communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Experience with insurance claims and lien resolution

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

• Fluent in Armenian and/or Russian required

• Bilingual communication skills strongly preferred
