Remote or In-Person Law Clerk

We are looking for an assertive, ambitious, kind, and outgoing team member to begin working full-time for our trial-focused plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm. The right candidate will work within a team of one associate lawyer, a litigation paralegal, and a pre-litigation paralegal.

This position can be in-person or remote. Candidates do not need to live in Denver or Colorado. This position is open to law students anywhere in the US attending an ABA-accredited law school. This position is likely not ideal for LLM students coming from abroad, but LLM students may still apply.

This position will be exposed to active high-stakes personal injury litigation and involve real work beyond simple research projects. The position is a great chance to gain experience in the field and build transferable skills for a full-time attorney position within personal injury law in the future. Occasionally, traveling to Denver for in-person experience in jury trials and events will be possible.

This position can be part-time or full-time for the right candidate. Night or part-time law students are a good fit for this role. Full-time students are a better fit for a part-time role.

We use FileVine as a case management system and various software automation tools to make our team's lives easier. We're a mostly paperless firm.

Social intelligence, oral arguing abilities, thinking on your feet, and writing skills are more important than grades from top schools. Any aspiring trial lawyers with the right personality and skill sets are encouraged to apply.

Depending on the hours worked, various benefits will be available, including paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, access to a 401(k) with a 3% annual total compensation match, and flexible hours.
