The Laundry Aide is responsible for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of linens by following established washing, drying, and folding processes. This role ensures hotel laundry operations run smoothly, supporting
the property’s high standards for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Sort the linens, treat any stains, and load the laundry into the washer with the specified cleaning agents.
Perform additional laundry services when necessary.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management.
Load laundry machines with appropriate cleaning agents and operate according to instructions.
Maintaining all laundry equipment and inform facilities manager as to any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
