With a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $62,000 annually, you will play a vital role in overseeing our crew, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction. • Oversee and direct the daily operations of the landscape crew
• Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Schedule and coordinate assignments for the crew to ensure the timely completion of projects
• Inspect work quality to maintain high standards and client satisfaction
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment, and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate channels

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively
• Proficiency in landscape design and maintenance techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Being able to procure labor is ideal
• Personal vehicles and equipment are ideal
