• Lead and manage a team of skilled workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Coordinate daily operations, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and deliverables.

• Experience in landscape installation including retaining walls, pavers, and irrigation systems.

• Ability to delegate tasks and keep projects on schedule.

• Coordinating orders/delivery of materials.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

• Experience operating small equipment and hand/power tools.
