We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Land Acquisition Agent to join our team. This is a hybrid position in Lancaster, OH, with significant earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.

• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and secure land acquisition opportunities throughout Ohio. This includes proactive lead generation, utilizing provided warm leads, nurturing long-term leads, and networking to expand our land portfolio across hunting properties, recreational land, and commercial/residential development.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, understanding their needs and presenting compelling offers.

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate favorable terms, handle objections, and close deals effectively, ensuring smooth transactions from initial contact to closing.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and land values to optimize acquisition strategies.

• CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage deals, and provide regular performance updates. (Training will be provided).

• Administrative Tasks: Prepare necessary documentation and handle administrative tasks related to land acquisition.

• Proven sales experience (real estate or land sales a plus!)

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for land!

• Proficient computer skills are essential!

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus!
