We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. This is a PM shift position.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
- After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations
- Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
- Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily
- Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine
Qualifications
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
- Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
- Great physical health and stamina
