Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced personal injury litigation attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation experience along with trial experience. If this sounds like you, apply today!

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to investigate the case.
• Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly.
• Draft complaints and discovery, perform legal research and prepare case for trial.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions.

• Membership in the Georgia State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory.
• 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in personal injury.
• This is an in office/hybrid position.
