Junior-Level Life Insurance Agent - Training & Mentorship Provided

As a Junior Level Life Insurance Agent, you’ll work with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain life insurance options, answer questions, and help them select appropriate coverage.

You’ll also learn how to manage follow-up, develop a pipeline, build long-term client relationships, and generate referrals as your business grows.

Training and ongoing mentorship are provided, giving you the opportunity to improve your sales skills and become more confident working independently with clients.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, is coachable, dependable, and motivated by personal performance.

Candidates who are already licensed or currently in the process of obtaining their life insurance license are preferred.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+
