• You will work on a varied caseload from initial consultation through completion: O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, EB-5, and PERM.

• You will research legal questions and draft briefs, support letters, and RFE and NOID responses with clear direction and close review from a supervising attorney.

• You will observe consultations, take notes, and help with pre-screening.

• You will work directly with clients across the full case lifecycle, and your legal advice and client-facing strategy will be reviewed by an attorney before it goes out.

• You will research and draft filings in APA delay actions in federal court. And you will collaborate with a non-hierarchical team of attorneys and legal staff while you learn the firm's systems, templates, and legal standards.

• This is not a document-assembly role. You will learn to manage a caseload like it is your own practice.

• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• 0–2 years of legal practice. Business immigration experience is a plus

• Ability to research and draft on routine O-1, E-2, H-1B, and L-1 matters with clear direction and close supervision

• Fluent in English and Spanish
