Lebron Law, PLLC, a boutique family law firm in downtown Kissimmee, has a full-time, in-office Family Law Associate Attorney position available, and we're looking for the right bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced family law attorneys on divorce, paternity, time-sharing, child support, alimony, and injunction matters, while providing legal counsel to clients throughout Osceola County and Central Florida. You'll handle court appearances, motion practice, and negotiations, and you'll be responsible for legal research, drafting pleadings and documents, and keeping client files up to date.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar

• 2–3 years of family law litigation experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Evidence

• Highly skilled in drafting, negotiation, and courtroom presence

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to work with clients and all levels of staff

• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and help grow the client base

• Proficient in Westlaw or Lexis

• Able to commute to courts throughout Central Florida
