Assist loan officers in managing and taking loan applications to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on loan status.
Coordinate with underwriters and other team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan progress in our CRM system.
Support loan officers in preparing and submitting loan packages to lenders for approval.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and loan officers to discuss loan options and progress updates as needed.
- Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on loan processing and client interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of loan applications.
- Proven track record of maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, underwriters, and team members.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to document client interactions and track loan progress.
- Licensed as a Loan Officer Assistant in the state of Colorado, or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
- Detail-oriented mindset to review loan files for accuracy and completeness before submission to lenders.
Compensation
$60,000+ DOE plus bonus
