This position is best for someone with real hands-on irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

• Diagnose and repair irrigation issues, including broken heads, leaks, pipe breaks, valves, wiring issues, controllers, and zone problems.
• Complete routine irrigation repairs without constant supervision.
• Perform wet checks and identify water waste, coverage issues, and system problems.
• Assist the crew with irrigation installations, expansions, and upgrades.
• Program and adjust smart controllers such as HydraWise and Rachio.
• Keep tools, parts, vehicles, and job notes organized.
• Communicate repair findings clearly and professionally with customers.

• Irrigation repair experience required.
• Must be able to complete common repairs independently.
• Experience with installs, trenching, pipe repair, valves, heads, controllers, and basic wiring preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat, humidity, and rain.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use standard irrigation tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
