Determine staging design through client consultations to aid in quick sale of the property
Help create brochures and flyers of the property that are appealing to clients to help ensure quick sale of the property
Organize and attend both virtual and still photo shoots to help create enticing property presentations
Stay current on the latest design trends including decorating techniques, new materials, innovative tools and sustainability issues and implement them into every design project
Select and purchase furniture and equipment for each property, and oversee installation so staging is completed in a timely manner

Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to a client and their needs
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
Understanding of finishes and furniture systems
License in Interior Design required; 2-3 years of Interior Design work experience preferred
