Own the operating machine behind the first national brand in criminal defense and family law.

Martine Law owns and operates multiple law firms across several states, built from a single office in five years. Personal injury got its national players. Criminal defense and family law never did, because nobody systematized them. We have. Intake, sales, legal production, and marketing run as one measured machine, with AI inside every part of it, and we intend to be in most states.

The founder has carried the operating seat himself while he built it. He is done. He will own vision, legal product, and expansion. You will own the machine.

This is the Integrator seat. A Chief Revenue Officer owns marketing, intake, and sales. You own everything from the signed client forward: legal production in every office, the operating cadence, the scorecards, the policies, the hires, and the hard conversations. Real authority, in writing, from a founder who hires above himself and wants to be told no. Pushing back on him is in the job description.

• Run the operating cadence: leadership meeting, department scorecards, quarterly rocks, annual plan

• Own legal production in every office: capacity, court coverage, attorney and staff utilization, the senior-attorney and visiting-judge model

• Own the sales-to-legal handoff. Sales hands off; you catch, nothing dies in between

• Set 2 to 3 scored KPIs for every seat you own, with dashboards that turn red before the founder notices, and have the accountability conversations that follow

• Build and maintain the SOP library and policy set: onboarding, travel, QC, refunds, and the compliance documentation state bar regulators expect

• Lead Legal Operations, Operations, Finance, and HR; partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on one shared scoreboard

• Take refund approvals, payment approvals, tool access, and policy writing off the founder’s desk for good

• Be the contrarian: when the founder generates six ideas on a Friday night, tell him which three will fall through the cracks

• You have been the COO, Integrator, or Director of Operations of a multi-office firm of 100 to 500 people. Law preferred. Franchise or multi-site healthcare welcome

• You have taken a company through a growth phase from eight figures toward nine and can show the scorecard, the SOP library, and the numbers it moved

• You run EOS or a comparable operating system, and you have held the Integrator seat before

• You read a P&L by office without being asked

• You are comfortable with AI tooling and automation

• Comfortable in a remote, numbers-first, AI-first environment and with a plan where a large share of your earnings comes from results

As part of the interview process, we will ask you to answer these questions:

1. Describe a system you built that ran without you for 90 days. What was it, who owned it after you, and what happened to the numbers? (Long answer, required)

1. What is the largest organization you have run day-to-day: headcount, number of offices, number of states, and your title? (Short answer, required)

1. Name the worst cross-department handoff failure you personally fixed. What broke, who owned it afterward, and how did you know it was fixed? (Long answer, required)

2. Have you held the Integrator seat in an EOS or comparable operating system? For how long, and at what company size? (Short answer, required)

1. Are you comfortable with a $150,000 base where a large share of target earnings is performance-based? (Yes/No, required)

1. Are you authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely on Central Time business hours with monthly travel? (Yes/No, required)
