Consiglieri is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Integrated Marketing & Paid Media Marketing Manager to help shape and grow a leading consumer brand. This role sits at the center of brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-functional execution, ensuring quality across every consumer touchpoint in partner activations and managing the full lifecycle of paid media trafficking and reporting.
You are detail-oriented and comfortable developing brand plans, guiding campaign development, and aligning stakeholders around a common vision. You understand how to translate consumer insights into meaningful marketing initiatives and bring them to life.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a passion for storytelling and consumer behavior. You thrive in fast-paced environments, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to driving brand growth.
This role is 100% remote but will require you to work West Coast (PT) hours.
Responsibilities
- Media Trafficking & Execution: Lead paid media trafficking and execution across social, YouTube, podcast, and TV/CTV campaigns, managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional delivery to optimize performance.
- Integrated Marketing: Own integrated marketing strategy and campaign execution for key product and brand initiatives, including creator and influencer activations, optimizing performance through data-driven insights and experimentation.
- Brand Stewardship: Serve as a champion of the brand by maintaining consistency in messaging, visual identity, and consumer experience. Ensure marketing initiatives align with established brand standards and guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Leverage consumer research, market trends, and campaign performance data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Apply insights and learnings to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely and maintain communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to align priorities, drive execution, achieve business goals, and ensure campaigns move efficiently from planning through execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6-9 years of in-house brand marketing experience (technology, retail or consumer goods preferred), with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated, large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience managing campaigns across major media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV, with familiarity in Brand Lift Studies and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Media trafficking: Proven experience in paid media trafficking and execution across multi-channel digital and traditional media environments (social, YouTube, podcast, TV/CTV), including campaign setup, QA, and optimization.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer behavior, and marketing fundamentals, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Project & Campaign Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, creative assets, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate complex media strategies and performance insights, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Agency & Partner Management: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external creative agencies to achieve unified goals.
Compensation
$150,000 - $170,000/year
