We are seeking a driven, community-minded individual to join our team as an independent Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about making a tangible local impact. You’ll sell insurance products and spearhead initiatives that address community needs, positioning our agency as a trusted ally.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives
Participate in, sponsor, or volunteer for community events that align with our values
Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Develop and manage a book of business by offering tailored insurance solutions
Stay informed about industry developments and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Insurance and sales experience a plus

Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve
Some knowledge of farming or agricultural background
Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and drive
Passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact

Compensation

$66,000 - $66,000/year

On May 1, 1947, a group of Idaho farmers and ranchers founded an insurance company. This company was grounded in the belief that neighbors should help neighbors. Because of this, we have built a customer-centered culture that has helped us develop stronger through decades of change.
