- Share knowledge and experience with developing advisors, contributing to a supportive environment focused on professional growth, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with internal partners and available resources to coordinate client needs, facilitate efficient implementation of recommendations, and provide a consistent experience from initial conversation through ongoing service.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering growth and collaboration.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Commitment to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity.
- Ability to facilitate training and development programs, promoting continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
