Are you a licensed insurance professional ready to grow your book of business with a supportive team behind you? We are expanding, and we're looking for motivated agents who are passionate about protecting families and building long-term client relationships.
We specialize in personalized protection and retirement solutions — including Term Life, Whole Life, IUL, Annuities, ACA Health Coverage, Medicare, Final Expense, and Mortgage Protection. Clients range from working families to retirees, and our approach is built on clarity, trust, and tailored guidance.
What We're Looking For:
We want agents who are hungry to learn, coachable, and ready to grow — whether you're a seasoned producer or someone building serious momentum. You should be:
- Currently licensed in Life & Health in one or more states
- Experienced in one or more of the following: Life Insurance, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Annuities, or Retirement Planning
- Open to working as part of a team and potentially building your own downline
- Willing to unlearn old habits and embrace a proven system

This is a Commission-Based Role.
Compensation is performance-driven. You control your income.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to refine and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Utilize our proven systems to streamline client interactions and enhance service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand a client base and grow your book of business through networking and referrals.
Qualifications
- Current Life & Health insurance license in one or more states, NOT REQUIRED, but helpful
- Training Provided
- NOT REQUIRED But Helpful Experience in Life Insurance, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Annuities, or Retirement Planning.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Proven track record of educating clients on insurance products and empowering informed decisions.
- Willingness to collaborate with a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Openness to learning and adopting new systems and strategies.
- Proactive approach to expanding a client base through networking and referrals.
