Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and precision.
- Guide clients through the complexities of coverage options, helping them make informed decisions that protect their future.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and concise information on policy updates and billing questions.
- Collaborate with our team to develop tailored insurance solutions that align with clients' unique circumstances.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention through personalized service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes, sharing insights with clients to keep them well-informed and prepared.
Qualifications
- Relevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is helpful but not required, training will be provided if your talents are a good match
- Candidates should be very strong communicators and problem solvers, and have great follow-up skills
- Must have active insurance license in your state or must be willing to get licensed in 90 days
Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000/year
