We’re seeking an organized and highly motivated Insurance Account Manager to support clients and help maintain the high level of service our agency is known for. This position is ideal for someone who is licensed or has office/customer service experience and is motivated to become licensed in insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and precision.
  • Actively manage client accounts by processing policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the agency's growth.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products, helping them make informed decisions to protect their assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and offer the best solutions to clients.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage remains adequate and cost-effective for their needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client accounts within the insurance industry, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to process policy changes, renewals, and claims with accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Strong communication skills to provide expert advice on insurance products, guiding clients in making informed decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Experience in negotiating with insurance carriers to resolve issues and secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and offering up-to-date solutions to clients.

Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000/year
