You'll be setting the stage for our Acquisition Managers by diligently following up and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize high volumes of inbound leads, ensuring each homeowner feels valued from the first interaction.
  • Qualify potential opportunities with precision, setting the stage for successful transactions.
  • Follow up diligently with leads, scheduling appointments that align with our Acquisition Managers' strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead management strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve our lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Ensure transparency and integrity in all communications, upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and prioritizing high volumes of inbound leads with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to qualify potential opportunities with precision, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Proven track record of diligent follow-up and scheduling appointments that enhance team strategies.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

Compensation

$40,000 - $55,000/year
